The Committee also reiterates its recommendation that the State party consider ratifying ILO Conventions No. 117 (1962) on social policy (Basic Aims and Standards) and No.174 (1993) concerning the Prevention of Major Industrial Accidents.
وتكرر اللجنة توصيتها الدولة الطرف بأن تنظر في التصديق على اتفاقيتي منظمة العمل الدولية رقم 117(1962) بشأن السياسة الاجتماعية (الأهداف والمعايير الأساسية)، ورقم 174(1993) المتعلقة بالوقاية من الحوادث الصناعية الكبرى.

It was also recommended that Albania ratify ILO Convention No. 189 and consider ratifying the ILO Conventions No. 2 on Unemployment, No. 117 on social policy and No. 118 on Equality of Treatment.
وأوصت أيضاً بالتصديق على اتفاقية منظمة العمل الدولية رقم 189(6) وبالنظر في التصديق على اتفاقيات منظمة العمل الدولية رقم 2 بشأن البطالة، ورقم 117 بشأن السياسة الاجتماعية (الأهداف والمعايير الأساسية)، ورقم 118 بشأن المساواة في المعاملة بين الوطنيين وغير الوطنيين في مجال الضمان الاجتماعي(7).

19. The Committee notes with regret that the State party has not yet ratified International Labour Organization (ILO) Convention No. 117 on social policy (Basic Aims and Standards) of 1962, nor ILO Convention No. 174 on the Prevention of Major Industrial Accidents of 1993.
19- وتعرب اللجنة عن أسفها لأن الدولة الطرف لم تصدّق بعد على اتفاقية منظمة العمل الدولية رقم 117 لعام 1962 بشأن السياسة الاجتماعية (الأهداف والمعايير الأساسية)، ولا على اتفاقية منظمة العمل الدولية رقم 174 لعام 1993 بشأن منع الحوادث الكبرى في الصناعة.

Major United Nations instruments on social policy and human rights, including the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights and the Declaration on Social Progress and Development all emphasize the important role of the family in society and the fact that the greatest possible protection and assistance should be accorded to the family.
وإن صكوك الأمم المتحدة الرئيسية بشأن السياسة الاجتماعية وحقوق الإنسان، بما فيها الإعلان العالمي لحقوق الإنسان، والعهد الدولي الخاص بالحقوق الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والثقافية، والإعلان الخاص بالتقدم الاجتماعي والتنمية، قد أكدت جميعها على الدور الهام للأسرة في المجتمع وعلى ضرورة توفير الحماية والمساعدة للأسرة على أوسع نطاق ممكن.

The Committee further recommends the State party to consider ratifying ILO Convention No. 117 (1962) on social policy (Basic Aims and Standards) and Convention No. 118 (1962) on Equality of Treatment (Social Security).
كما توصي اللجنة الدولة الطرف بأن تفكر في التصديق على اتفاقية منظمة العمل الدولية رقم 117 بشأن السياسة الاجتماعية (الأهداف والمعايير الأساسية) لعام 1962، والاتفاقية رقم 118 بشأن المساواة في المعاملة (الضمان الاجتماعي) لعام 1962.

29. CRC welcomed the many improvements in respect for children's rights over the last two decades, and noted the adoption of a national declaration on social policy with regard to children and adolescents and the award of a UNICEF rights prize to the Institute for Minors in Cape Verde.
29- ورحبت لجنة حقوق الطفل بأوجه التحسن العديدة التي طرأت على مدى العقدين الماضيين فيما يتعلق بحقوق الأطفال(79)، وأحاطت علماً باعتماد إعلان وطني بشأن السياسة الاجتماعية فيما يخص الأطفال والمراهقين ومنح جائزة اليونيسيف للنهوض بالحقوق إلى معهد الرأس الأخضر لشؤون القُصّر(80).

The Committee notes the State party's adoption of the Constitution in 1992 which makes reference to children's rights, the adoption of a Minors Code, amendments to the Civil Code and Family Code, the adoption of a national declaration on social policy with regard to children and adolescents and the award of a UNICEF children's rights prize to the Institute for Minors in Cape Verde.
600- وتحيط اللجنة علماً باعتماد الدولة الطرف دستورها في عام 1992، الذي يشير إلى حقوق الطفل، واعتماد قانون الأحداث، وإدخال تعديلات على القانون المدني وقانون الأسرة، واعتماد الإعلان الوطني بشأن السياسة الاجتماعية إزاء الأطفال والمراهقين ومنح جائزة اليونيسيف لحقوق الطفل إلى معهد القاصرين في الرأس الأخضر.
