At its 6th meeting, on 2 March, the Commission took note of the reports of the Secretary-General on gender statistics (E/CN.3/2012/19), and on the follow-up to the recommendations of the Friends of the Chair on statistical indicators for measuring violence against women (E/CN.3/2012/20) (see chap. I, sect. B, decision 43/117).
