By constant provocations and amassing its military equipment, Croatia is unilaterally breaching the agreement that it reached with the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia on the demilitarization of the Prevlaka peninsula, with the obvious aim of dragging the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia into the war, thus dangerously threatening peace and security in the whole region.
وهي بهذه اﻷعمال الاستفزازية المستمرة وبتكديسها للعتاد العسكري إنما تنتهك من جانب واحد الاتفاق الذي توصلت اليه مع جمهورية يوغوسلافيا الاتحادية بشأن تجريد شبه جزيرة بريفلاكا من السلاح، وهدفها الواضح من ذلك هو جر جمهورية يوغوسلافيا الاتحادية الى الحرب، مما يشكل تهديدا خطيرا للسلم واﻷمن في المنطقة بأسرها.

Despite the agreement reached on the demilitarization of the Prevlaka peninsula and its placement under UNPROFOR control, provided for in Security Council resolution 779 (1992), Croatia has been building military objects in this zone and is constantly engaged in various provocations.
ورغم الاتفاق الحاصل بشأن تجريد شبه جزيرة بريفلاكا من السلاح ووضعها تحت مراقبة قوة اﻷمم المتحدة للحماية، وفقا لقرار مجلس اﻷمن ٧٧٩ )١٩٩٢(، تقيم كرواتيا منشآت عسكرية في تلك المنطقة وتقوم باستفزازات متنوعة ومتواصلة.
