The Commission had adopted revisions to the Guide to Enactment of the UNCITRAL Model Law on Cross-Border Insolvency, which not only addressed uncertainties that had arisen in a number of States in cross-border insolvency decisions that applied the Model Law but also provided more information and guidance on the application and interpretation of certain key concepts of the Model Law.
