The SBSTA also agreed to continue, at its thirty-eighth session, its consideration of modalities and procedures for possible additional LULUCF activities under the CDM, and modalities and procedures for alternative approaches to addressing the risk of non-permanence under the CDM, with a view to forwarding draft decisions on these matters to the CMP for consideration and adoption at its ninth session.
