The Council would request the Secretary-General to conduct a study on effective measures to prevent and control computer-related crime, taking into account the activities of the workshop on crimes related to the computer network, to be held at the Tenth Congress.
ويطلب المجلس الى اﻷمين العام أن يجري دراسة عن التدابير الفعالة لمنع ومكافحة الجرائم المتصلة بالحواسيب ، آخذا في الاعتبار أنشطة حلقة العمل المعنية بالجرائم المتصلة بشبكة الحواسيب والتي ستعقد أثناء المؤتمر العاشر .

The workshop on crimes related to the computer network would focus on the identification of joint projects that could be undertaken by States to improve and make more effective the exchange of information on the detection, investigation, apprehension, prosecution and sentencing of perpetrators of computer-related crime throughout the world.
٨٤ - سوف تركز حلقة العمل المعنية بالجرائم المتصلة بشبكة الحواسيب على تحديد مشاريع مشتركة يمكن أن تضطلع بها الدول لتحسين تبادل المعلومات بشأن الكشف عن مرتكبي الجرائم المتصلة بالحواسيب في جميع أنحاء العالم، والتحقيق معهم، وإلقاء القبض عليهم، ومحاكمتهم، وإصدار الحكم عليهم، فضلا عن زيادة فعالية مثل هذه الاجراءات.
