The Committee on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights will be able to request that States parties take interim measures as may be necessary in exceptional circumstances to avoid possibly irreparable damage to the victim or victims of the alleged violations, once the Optional Protocol enters into force.
وسيكون بإمكان لجنة الحقوق الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والثقافية أن تطلب من الدول الأعضاء اتخاذ تدابير مؤقتة عندما يكون ذلك ضرورياً في ظروف استثنائية لتجنب احتمال إلحاق أذى لا يمكن جبره بضحية أو ضحايا انتهاكات مزعومة، حالما يدخل البروتوكول الاختياري حيز النفاذ.

After receiving a communication and prior to reaching a conclusion as to its admissibility, the Committee may address the State party concerned at any time to recommend the adoption of interim measures aimed at preventing possible irreparable harm to the victim or victims of the alleged violation, in accordance with article 4, paragraph 1, of the Optional Protocol.
72- ويجوز للجنة، بعد استلام البلاغ وقبل التوصل إلى استنتاج بشأن مقبوليته، أن تخاطب الدولة الطرف المعنية في أي وقت من الأوقات وأن توصيها باعتماد تدابير مؤقتة تهدف إلى تفادي إمكانية إلحاق ضرر لا يمكن جبره بضحية أو ضحايا الانتهاك المزعوم، وفقاً للفقرة 1 من المادة 4 من البروتوكول الاختياري.
