(i) Not allow the sale, distribution in commerce or use of mercury or mercury compounds from supply sources listed in Annex A except for a use allowed to the Party under this Convention; and
' 1` عدم السماح ببيع الزئبق أو مركَبات الزئبق من مصادر العرض المدرجة في المرفق ألف، أو توزيعها بطريق التجارة أو استخدامها، إلا لاستخدام مسموح به للطرف بموجب هذه الاتفاقية؛

(i) Mercury and mercury compounds that are not intended to be sold, distributed in commerce, used or exported for the purposes of a use allowed to a Party under this Convention;
' 1` الزئبق ومركَبات الزئبق التي لا يُقصد بها بيعها أو توزيعها بطريق التجارة أو استخدامها أو تصديرها لأغراض استخدام مسموح به لطرف بموجب هذه الاتفاقية؛

(ii) Mercury and mercury compounds obtained from sources from which they may not be sold, distributed in commerce, exported or used under this Convention; and
' 2` الزئبق ومركَبات الزئبق التي يُحصل عليها من مصادر لا يجوز بيعها منها أو توزيعها بطريق التجارة أو تصديرها أو استخدامها بموجب هذه الاتفاقية؛

Not allow the sale, distribution in commerce, or use of mercury from supply sources listed in Annex A except for a use allowed to the Party under this Convention;
(ب) عدم السماح ببيع الزئبق من مصادر العرض المدرجة في المرفق ألف، أو توزيعه بطريق التجارة أو استخدامه، إلاّ لاستخدام مسموح به للطرف بموجب هذه الاتفاقية؛

(ii) Are not allowed to be sold, distributed in commerce, exported or used pursuant to subparagraph (b); or
' 2` ليس من المسموح بيعها، أو توزيعها بطريق التجارة أو تصديرها، أو استخدامها عملاً بالفقرة الفرعية (ب)؛ أو

3. Each Party shall not allow the manufacture, distribution in commerce, sale or international trade of mercury-added products listed in Part I of Annex C.
3 - لا يجوز لأي طرف السماح بصنع المنتجات المضاف إليها الزئبق المدرجة في الجزء الأول من المرفق جيم، أو بتوزيعها بطريق التجارة أو بيعها أو بالاتجار دولياً بها.

(b) Not allow the sale, distribution in commerce, export or use of mercury or mercury compounds obtained from supply sources listed in Annex A after any phase-out date specified therein;
(ب) عدم السماح ببيع الزئبق أو مركَبات الزئبق التي يُحصل عليها من مصادر العرض المدرجة في المرفق ألف، أو بتوزيعه بطريق التجارة أو بتصديره أو باستخدامه، بعد أي تاريخ إنهاء تدريجي محدد في ذلك المرفق؛

[(a) ter Ensure that all mercury from primary mining that is not sold, distributed in commerce or used pursuant to subparagraph (a) bis is stored in an environmentally sound manner as set out in Article 12;]

Ensure that all mercury from supply sources listed in Annex A that is not sold, distributed in commerce, used or exported pursuant to subparagraph or is stored in an environmentally sound manner as set out in Article 4; and
(د) التأكد من أن جميع الزئبق من مصادر العرض المدرجة في المرفق ألف الذي لا يتم بيعه أو توزيعه بطريق التجارة أو استخدامه أو تصديره وفقاً لأي من الفقرتين الفرعيتين (ب) أو (ج) يتم تخزينه بطريقة سليمة بيئياً على النحو المبيّن في المادة 4؛
