44. Pending the establishment of the OSCE Kosovo Verification Mission, United Nations agencies, through the UNHCR liaison office with the Kosovo Diplomatic Observer Mission in Pristina, will continue to cooperate with the Kosovo Diplomatic Observer Mission, which is expected in the transitional period to start acting as the Kosovo Verification Mission and eventually to be absorbed by it.
٤٤ - وبانتظار أن تنشئ منظمة اﻷمن والتعاون في أوروبا بعثة للتحقق في كوسوفو، ستواصل وكالات اﻷمم المتحدة التعاون مع بعثة المراقبين الدبلوماسيين في كوسوفو، التي يتوقع أن تعمل في الفترة الانتقالية بصفتها بعثة التحقق في كوسوفو إلى أن تستوعبها هذه اﻷخيرة في نهاية المطاف.

26. Although the Kosovo Diplomatic Observer Mission has significantly increased in size and presence, the operational date and deployment of the Verification Mission remain delayed and expectations of large-scale presence of international verifiers on the ground have not been met.
٢٦ - رغم أن أعضاء بعثة المراقبين الدبلوماسيين في كوسوفو ازداد كثيرا وتكثف عملها، لم يبدأ إلى حد اﻵن نشر بعثة التحقق في كوسوفو والشروع في عملها، ولم تتحقق التوقعات بوجود أعداد كبيرة من المحققين الدوليين في الميدان.

Incidents like these were reported in Prilep, Dolovo, Klina and Zociste. Police also invited the Kosovo Diplomatic Observer Mission (KDOM) to investigate two other incidents on the Decani-Djakovica road in which police vehicles had been destroyed.
