(أ) تسلَّم الطرف المنفذ البحري البضاعة بغرض نقلها في دولة متعاقدة أو سلَّم البضاعة في دولة متعاقدة أو نفّذ أنشطته المتعلقة بالبضاعة في ميناء واقع في دولة متعاقدة؛
