وبعد طلب معلومات إضافية بغية التحقق مما إذا كان جزء من الاتهامات قد أسقِط بفعل قانون التقادم، وافقت دائرة الاتهام على تسليم صاحبة الشكوى بدعوى ارتكاب أفعال وصفتها الدولة الطالبة بأنها محاولة اغتيال إرهابية، بعد أن استنتجت أن أجل التقادم المسقط للملاحقة قد مضى بموجب القانون الفرنسي.
