6. The Committee reiterates its previous recommendation that the State party review its reservation with a view to withdrawing it, in accordance with the Vienna Declaration and Plan of Action adopted by the World Conference on Human Rights on 25 June 1993 (A/CONF.157/23).

In 2008, the Committee on the Rights of the Child (CRC) encouraged Djibouti to ratify both Optional Protocols, as well as any other international human rights instruments to which it was not yet party. It also urged Djibouti to consider reviewing its declaration to the Convention with a view to withdrawing it.
وفي عام 2008، شجعت لجنة حقوق الطفل جيبوتي على التصديق على البروتوكولين الاختياريين كليهما وعلى أي صك آخر من الصكوك الدولية لحقوق الإنسان التي ليست جيبوتي بعد طرفاً فيها.(8) كما حثت اللجنة جيبوتي على أن تبحث إعادة النظر في إعلانها بشأن الاتفاقية بغية سحبه(9).
