Any pressure that might be brought to bear would be no greater in the future than at present, as anyone could find out whether a communication was being considered by the Committee, even if the procedure itself was confidential.
وأضافت أن الضغوط لن تكون أقوى غداً عن اليوم، حيث أنه بإمكان أي فرد أن يعرف أن بلاغاً ما هو محل النظر أمام اللجنة، حتى إذا كان اﻹجراء بالذات سرياً.

Where the Committee decides that a communication is inadmissible under the Optional Protocol it shall as soon as possible communicate its decision, through the SecretaryGeneral, to the author of the communication and, where the communication has been transmitted to a State party concerned, to that State party.

3- ويجوز للجنة أن تُجزئ بلاغاً ما وأن تنظر في كل جزء على حدة إذا كان البلاغ يتضمن وقائع مختلفة أو إذا كان يُشير إلى أكثر من شخص واحد أو إلى انتهاكات مزعومة غير مترابطة من حيث الزمان والمكان.

3. The Committee may divide a communication and consider its parts separately, if it addresses more than one issue or it refers to persons or alleged violations not interconnected in time and place.
3- يجوز للجنة أن تُجزّئ بلاغاً ما وأن تنظر في كل جزء على حدة إذا كان البلاغ يتناول أكثر من قضية واحدة أو إذا كان يُشير إلى أشخاص أو انتهاكات مزعومة غير مترابطة من حيث الزمان والمكان.
