Japan, through its Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA), has trained 113 participants from 13 EIT countries in energy efficiency.
ودرّبت اليابان، من خلال الوكالة اليابانية للتعاون الدولي، 113 مشاركاً من 13 بلداً من بلدان الاقتصادات الانتقالية في مجال الكفاءة في استخدام الطاقة.

Most EIT countries also reported that capacity-building activities contributed to the development and adoption of national climate policies and/or programmes, such as in Bulgaria, the Czech Republic and Poland.
كما ذكرت معظم بلدان الاقتصادات الانتقالية أن أنشطة بناء القدرات أسهمت في وضع واعتماد سياسات و/أو برامج وطنية للمناخ، مثلما حدث في بلغاريا والجمهورية التشيكية وبولندا.

Other EIT countries have also reported shortages of experts in areas such as development of policies and measures, JI and emissions trading.

The NCSA, which is funded by the GEF, is the only stand-alone capacity-building activity being implemented by EIT countries.

24- تبرز مشاركة أصحاب المصلحة في بلدان الاقتصادات الانتقالية في تنفيذ أنشطة بناء القدرات.

Strengthening regional and national institutions has proved successful in building the capacity of EIT countries to prepare national communications, conduct public education, implement GHG mitigation measures and participate in the Kyoto mechanisms.
28- وقد ثبت نجاح تقوية المؤسسات الإقليمية والوطنية في بناء قدرة بلدان الاقتصادات الانتقالية على إعداد البلاغات الوطنية، وتثقيف الجمهور وتنفيذ تدابير تخفيف غازات الدفيئة والمشاركة في آليات كيوتو.

Some of the EIT countries have already initiated their JI projects through capacity-building assistance provided by Annex II Parties.
13- وبدأت بعض بلدان الاقتصادات الانتقالية بالفعل في مشاريعها الخاصة بالتنفيذ المشترك من خلال المساعدة المقدمة من الأطراف المدرجة في المرفق الثاني لبناء قدراتها.

Although most of the EIT Parties have joined the EC, their status under the Convention has not changed.
ورغم أن معظم بلدان الاقتصادات الانتقالية الأطراف انضم إلى الجماعة الأوروبية، إلا أن مركزها بموجب الاتفاقية لم يتغير.
