At the 39th meeting, the Chairman of the Advisory Committee on Administrative and Budgetary Questions said that the Advisory Committee agreed with the recommendation made by the Secretary-General in paragraph 8 of his report on net budgeting, including its impact on the functioning of the entities concerned (A/53/410) that the General Assembly should take note of the report.
