24- توصي اللجنة الدولة الطرف بمراجعة تشريعاتها لضمان تمتع العمال المهاجرين وأفراد أسرهم غير الحائزين للوثائق اللازمة أو الذين هم في وضع غير نظامي، بالحقوق المنصوص عليها في الجزء الثالث من الاتفاقية.

773. The Committee recommends that the State party review its legislation on nationality in order to ensure that nationality can be transmitted to children through both the maternal and paternal line without distinction.
773- توصي اللجنة الدولة الطرف بمراجعة تشريعاتها المتعلقة بالجنسية لضمان إمكانية نقل الجنسية إلى الأطفال عن طريق الأم والأب دون تمييز.

546- توصي اللجنة الدولة الطرف بمراجعة تشريعاتها لجعل تعريف الطفل ومقتضيات الحد الأدنى للسن متفقة مع مبادئ الاتفاقية وأحكامها، ومحايدة من حيث الجنسين، وصريحة، ويمكن تطبيقها بصورة فعالة بموجب القانون.

Although awareness-raising campaigns had been carried out, institutional measures were still lacking and the State party had a duty to review its legislation in order to ensure that only practices underpinned by positive values were preserved and that those resting on values contrary to women's fundamental rights and dignity were discarded.
ورغم تدابير التوعية التي تم اتخاذها إلا أن التدابير المؤسسية ما زالت منعدمة ومن واجب الدولة أن تقوم بمراجعة تشريعاتها بما يضمن الحفاظ على الممارسات التي تستند إلى القيم الإيجابية فقط ومحاربة الممارسات التي تقوم على قيم تتعارض مع الحقوق الأساسية ومع كرامة المرأة.

68. The Committee recommends that the State party: review its legislation on the recovery of maintenance for the child in order to comply with the principles of the Convention and undertake measures in order to secure the recovery of maintenance from abroad.
68- وتوصي اللجنة الدولة الطرف بمراجعة تشريعاتها المتعلقة بتحصيل نفقة الطفل بغية ضمان توافقها مع مبادئ الاتفاقية وباتخاذ تدابير لضمان تحصيل نفقة الطفل من الخارج.

174. The Committee recommends to the State party to review its legislation to ensure that the definition of the child and minimum age requirements conform to the principles and provisions of the Convention and are gender neutral, and take steps to enact any necessary amendments promptly and ensure that they are enforced.
174- وتوصي اللجنة الدولة الطرف بمراجعة تشريعاتها بهدف ضمان انسجام تعريف الطفل وشروط الحد الأدنى للسن مع مبادئ وأحكام الاتفاقية، وكفالة حيادها من حيث نوع الجنس، وبالقيام فوراً باتخاذ تدابير لإجراء أي تعديلات ضرورية وضمان تنفيذها.

In this regard, the Committee notes that, notwithstanding the specific recommendation to the State party to integrate the element of " lack of consent " into the definition of rape in the Revised Penal Code of 1930, the State party has not reviewed its legislation.
وفي هذا الصدد، تلاحظ اللجنة أنه رغم التوصية المحددة الصادرة إلى الدولة الطرف بإدراج عنصر " عدم الرضا " في تعريف الاغتصاب بقانون العقوبات المنقح لعام 1930()، لم تقم الدولة الطرف بمراجعة تشريعاتها.

The Committee recommends that the State party amend its legislation in order to make domestic violence an offence and intensify its efforts to prevent and combat domestic violence, particularly violence against women.
توصي اللجنة الدولة الطرف بمراجعة تشريعاتها لتجريم العنف المنزلي وتكثيف جهودها لمنع العنف المنزلي ومكافحته، ولا سيما العنف ضد المرأة.

10. The recommendation that States with indigenous peoples should review their legislation, policies and programmes in accordance with the Declaration and the Programme of Action for the Second International Decade of the World's Indigenous People was also addressed by some States.
