On 10 June 2013, the Secretariat transmitted to the secretariat of the Global Environment Facility the report on the assessment of funding needs of parties that are developing countries or countries with economies in transition to implement the provisions of the Stockholm Convention over the period 2015 - 2019.
6 - أحالت الأمانة، في 10 حزيران/يونيه 2013، إلى أمانة مرفق البيئة العالمية التقرير المطلوب عن احتياجات التمويل للأطراف من البلدان النامية أو البلدان التي تمر اقتصاداتها بمرحلة انتقال لتنفيذ أحكام اتفاقية استكهولم خلال الفترة 2015-2019.

Requests the Secretariat to develop draft terms of reference for work on modalities on the needs assessment for Parties that are developing countries or countries with economies in transition to implement the provisions of the Convention over the period 2006 - 2010 for consideration by the Conference of the Parties at its second meeting.
يطلب إلى الأمانة أن تعد مشروع اختصاصات للعمل بشأن طرائق لتقييم احتياجات الأطراف التي هي بلدان نامية أو بلدان تمر اقتصاداتها بمرحلة انتقال لتنفيذ أحكام الاتفاقية خلال الفترة 2006 - 2010 لكي ينظر فيه مؤتمر الأطراف في اجتماعه الثاني.

At its second meeting, the Conference of the Parties, in its decision SC-2/12, adopted the terms of reference for work on modalities on the needs assessment for Parties that are developing countries or countries with economies in transition to implement the provisions of the Convention over the period 2006 - 2010 as set forth in the annex to the decision.
3 - اعتمد مؤتمر الأطراف في اجتماعه الثاني، في مقرره اتفاقية استكهولم - 2/12، اختصاصات من أجل العمل بشأن طرائق تقييم الحاجات من أجل الأطراف البلدان النامية والبلدان التي تمر اقتصاداتها بمرحلة انتقال لتنفيذ أحكام الاتفاقية على مدار الفترة 2006 - 2010 على النحو المنصوص عليه في مرفق المقرر.

The terms of reference for work on modalities on the needs assessment for Parties that are developing countries or countries with economies in transition to implement the provisions of the Convention over the period 2006 - 2010 mandate the Secretariat to facilitate and coordinate the work in two stages.
6 - تنيط اختصاصات العمل بشأن طرائق تقييم الحاجات من أجل الأطراف من البلدان النامية والبلدان التي تمر اقتصاداتها بمرحلة انتقال لتنفيذ أحكام الاتفاقية على مدار الفترة 2006 - 2010 بالأمانة أن تيسر وتنسق العمل في مرحلتين.

At its second meeting, the Conference of the Parties, in its decision SC-2/12, adopted the terms of reference for work on modalities on the needs assessment for Parties that are developing countries or countries with economies in transition to implement the provisions of the Convention over the period 2006 - 2010, as set forth in the annex to the decision.
4 - وفي اجتماعه الثاني، اعتمد مؤتمر الأطراف، في مقرره اتفاقية استكهولم - 2/12، اختصاصات العمل بشأن طرائق تقييم احتياجات الأطراف من البلدان النامية أو البلدان التي تمر اقتصاداتها بمرحلة انتقال لتنفيذ أحكام الاتفاقية خلال الفترة 2006 - 2010، على النحو المبين في مرفق المقرر.

To consider terms of reference for work on modalities for the assessment of the needs of Parties which are developing countries or countries with economies in transition to implement the provisions of the Convention for the period 2006 - 2010;
(ط) النظر في اختصاصات العمل بشأن طرائق تقييم الاحتياجات الخاصة للأطراف من البلدان النامية والبلدان التي تمر اقتصاداتها بمرحلة انتقال لتنفيذ أحكام الاتفاقية خلال الفترة 2006 - 2010؛

The Conference may wish to adopt, with any amendments, the draft terms of reference set out in the annex to the present note for work on modalities on the needs assessment for Parties that are developing countries or countries with economies in transition to implement the provisions of the Convention over the period 2006 - 2010.
6- قد يرغب مؤتمر الأطراف أن يعتمد مع أية تعديلات، مشروع الاختصاصات الوارد في مرفق هذه المذكرة للعمل بشأن طرائق تقدير احتياجات الأطراف التي تعتبر بلداناً نامية أو بلداناً تمر اقتصاداتها بمرحلة انتقال لتنفيذ أحكام الاتفاقية خلال الفترة 2006- 2010.

Adopts the terms of reference set forth in the annex to the present decision for work on modalities on the needs assessment for Parties that are developing countries or Parties with economies in transition to implement the provisions of the Convention over the period 2006 - 2010;
1 - يعتمد الاختصاصات المحددة في المرفق بهذا المقرر بشأن العمل المتعلق بطرائق تقييم احتياجات الأطراف التي هي من البلدان النامية والبلدان التي تمر اقتصاداتها بمرحلة انتقال لتنفيذ أحكام الاتفاقية خلال الفترة 2006 - 2010؛

(h) To agree on terms of reference for work on modalities for the assessment of the needs of Parties which are developing countries or countries with economies in transition to implement the provisions of the Convention for the period 2006 - 2010;
(ح) الاتفاق على اختصاصات للعمل بشأن الطرائق من أجل تقييم احتياجات الأطراف التي هي بلدان نامية أو بلدان تمر اقتصاداتها بمرحلة انتقال لتنفيذ أحكام الاتفاقية للفترة 2006 - 2010؛

(c) Decision SC-2/12 on terms of reference for work on modalities on the needs assessment for Parties that are developing countries or countries with economies in transition to implement the provisions of the Convention over the period 2006 - 2010.
(ج) المقرر اتفاقية استكهولم - 2/12 بشأن اختصاصات العمل بخصوص طرائق تقييم الاحتياجات للأطراف من البلدان النامية أو البلدان التي تمر اقتصاداتها بمرحلة انتقال لتنفيذ أحكام الاتفاقية خلال الفترة 2006 - 2010.

At its first meeting, the Conference in its decision SC-1/17 requested the Secretariat to develop draft terms of reference for work on modalities on the needs assessment for Parties that are developing countries or countries with economies in transition to implement the provisions of the Convention over the period 2006 - 2010 for consideration by the Conference of the Parties at its second meeting.
4- وطلب المؤتمر الأطراف، خلال اجتماعه الأول، إلى الأمانة فى مقرر اتفاقية استكهولم - 15/17 أن تضع مشروع اختصاصات للعمل المتعلق بالطرائق الخاصة بتقدير احتياجات الأطراف التي تعتبر بلداناً نامية أو بلداناً تمر اقتصاداتها بمرحلة انتقال لتنفيذ أحكام الاتفاقية خلال الفترة 2006-2010 للنظر فيه خلال اجتماعه الثاني.

Invites Parties and other Governments, on the basis of the abovementioned terms of reference, to submit to the Secretariat by 31 October 2006 views on the further elaboration of the terms of reference for work on assessment of funding needs for Parties that are developing countries or Parties with economies in transition to implement the provisions of the Convention over the period 2006 - 2010;
5 - يدعو الأطراف والحكومات الأخرى إلى أن تقدم للأمانة على أساس الاختصاصات المشار إليها أعلاه، قبل 31 تشرين الأول/أكتوبر 2006 وجهات نظر بشأن بلورة الاختصاصات المتعلقة بالعمل في تقييم احتياجات التمويل الخاصة بالأطراف التي هي من البلدان النامية والبلدان التي تمر اقتصاداتها بمرحلة انتقال لتنفيذ أحكام الاتفاقية خلال الفترة 2006 - 2010؛
