At the invitation of the Government, the Working Group on the use of mercenaries as a means of violating human rights and impeding the exercise of the right of peoples to selfdetermination visited Honduras from 21 to 25 August 2006.
بدعوة من الحكومة، قام الفريق العامل المعني بمسألة استخدام المرتزقة وسيلة لانتهاك حقوق الإنسان وإعاقة ممارسة حق الشعوب في تقرير المصير بزيارة إلى هندوراس في الفترة من 21 إلى 25 آب/أغسطس 2006.

5. At the same meeting, the Special Rapporteur of the Commission on Human Rights on the question of the use of mercenaries as a means of violating human rights and impeding the exercise of the right of peoples to self-determination made an introductory statement.
5 - وفي الجلسة ذاتها، أدلت ببيان استهلالي المقررة الخاص للجنة حقوق الإنسان المعنية بمسألة استخدام المرتزقة وسيلة لانتهاك حقوق الإنسان وإعاقة ممارسة حق الشعوب في تقرير المصير.

As the term of the current Special Rapporteur of the Commission on Human Rights on the question of the use of mercenaries as a means of violating human rights and impeding the exercise of the right of peoples to self-determination expires at the end of July 2004, the Secretary-General hereby transmits a brief report prepared by the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights.

Welcomes the cooperation extended by those countries that received a visit by the Working Group on the use of mercenaries as a means of violating human rights and impeding the exercise of the right of peoples to self-determination, and the adoption by some States of national legislation that restricts the recruitment, assembly, financing, training and transit of mercenaries;
8- يرحب بالتعاون الذي أبدته البلدان التي زارها الفريق العامل المعني بمسألة استخدام المرتزقة وسيلة لانتهاك حقوق الإنسان وإعاقة ممارسة حق الشعوب في تقرير المصير، وباعتماد بعض الدول تشريعات وطنية تقيّد تجنيد المرتزقة وحشدهم وتمويلهم وتدريبهم ونقلهم؛

(f) Working Group on mercenaries. The Working Group on the use of mercenaries as a means of violating human rights and impeding the exercise of the right of peoples to self-determination was established pursuant to Commission on Human Rights resolution 2005/2 of 7 April 2005.
(و) الفريق العامل المعني بالمرتزقة - أنشئ الفريق العامل المعنى بمسألة استخدام المرتزقة وسيلة لانتهاك حقوق الإنسان وإعاقة ممارسة حق الشعوب في تقرير المصير، عملا بقرار لجنة حقوق الإنسان 2005/2 المؤرخ 7 نيسان/أبريل 2005.

At the end of its mission to Somalia in December 2012, the Working Group on the use of mercenaries as a means of violating human rights and impeding the exercise of the rights of peoples to self-determination called on the international community to agree upon regulations on the use of armed guards on ships, as well as procedures guaranteeing that incidents at sea are duly recorded and reported to the relevant authorities.
وفي نهاية بعثة الفريق العامل المعنى بمسألة استخدام المرتزقة وسيلة لانتهاك حقوق الإنسان وإعاقة ممارسة حق الشعوب في تقرير المصير إلى الصومال في كانون الأول/ديسمبر 2012، دعا الفريق المجتمع الدولي إلى الاتفاق على أنظمة بشأن استخدام الحراس المسلحين على متن السفن، وعلى إجراءات تضمن تسجيل الحوادث التي تقع في البحر حسب الأصول وإبلاغ السلطات المختصة بها.

3. Affirms the importance of providing the open-ended intergovernmental working group with the expertise and expert advice necessary to fulfil its mandate and, in this context, decides that the working group shall invite experts and all relevant stakeholders to participate in its work, including members of the Working Group on the use of mercenaries as a means of violating human rights and impeding the right of peoples to self-determination;
3- يؤكد أهمية تزويد الفريق العامل الحكومي الدولي المفتوح العضوية بما يلزم من الخبرة ومشورة الخبراء لإنجاز ولايته، ويقرر في هذا السياق، أن يدعو الفريق العامل الخبراء وجميع أصحاب المصلحة المعنيين، بمن فيهم أعضاء الفريق العامل المعني بمسألة استخدام المرتزقة وسيلة لانتهاك حقوق الإنسان وإعاقة ممارسة حق الشعوب في تقرير المصير، إلى المشاركة في أعماله؛

58. In its resolution 21/8, the Human Rights Council requested the Working Group on the use of mercenaries as a means of violating human rights and impeding the exercise of the right of peoples to self-determination to continue the work already done by previous mandate holders on the strengthening of the international legal framework for the prevention and sanction of the recruitment, use, financing and training of mercenaries.
58- طلب المجلس، في قراره 21/8، إلى الفريق العامل المعني بمسألة استخدام المرتزقة وسيلة لانتهاك حقوق الإنسان وإعاقة ممارسة حق الشعوب في تقرير المصير أن يواصل العمل الذي سبق أن قام به المكلفون السابقون بولايات بشأن تعزيز الإطار القانوني الدولي لمنع تجنيد المرتزقة واستخدامهم وتمويلهم وتدريبهم والمعاقبة على ذلك.
