The Organized Crime Convention similarly provides that article 18, on mutual legal assistance, shall be applied to requests made pursuant to that article, if the States parties in question are not bound by a treaty of mutual legal assistance.
26- وتنصُّ اتفاقية الجريمة المنظَّمة كذلك على أن تنطبق أحكام المادة 18، المتعلقة بالمساعدة القانونية المتبادلة، على الطلبات المقدَّمة بمقتضى تلك المادة إذا لم تكن الدول الأطراف المعنية مُلزَمة بمعاهدة لتبادل المساعدة القانونية.
