II. Review of the draft information-gathering instrument on United Nations standards and norms related primarily to victim issues
ثانيا- استعراض مشروع أداة جمع المعلومات الخاصة بمعايير الأمم المتحدة وقواعدها المتعلقة أساسا بمسائل الضحايا

The Meeting reviewed the draft information-gathering instrument on United Nations standards and norms related primarily to victim issues and noted that the applicability of some of the questions to different judicial systems and State structures had to be taken into account.
واستعرض الاجتماع مشروع أداة جمع المعلومات الخاصة بمعايير الأمم المتحدة وقواعدها المتعلقة أساسا بمسائل الضحايا ولاحظ أنه ينبغي مراعاة مدى انطباق بعض الأسئلة على مختلف النظم القضائية والهياكل الحكومية.

4. The Questionnaire on United Nations standards and norms related primarily to Victim Issues developed at the Meeting of the Intergovernmental Expert Group is divided into the following 10 sections:
4- ويتألّف الاستبيان الخاص بمعايير الأمم المتحدة وقواعدها المتعلقة أساسا بمسائل الضحايا، والذي وُضع في اجتماع فريق الخبراء الحكومي الدولي، من الأبواب العشرة التالية:

3. Approves the information-gathering instrument for United Nations standards and norms related primarily to crime prevention, contained in the annex to the present resolution, for purposes of dissemination;
3- يوافق على أداة جمع المعلومات الخاصة بمعايير الأمم المتحدة وقواعدها المتعلقة أساسا بمنع الجريمة، والواردة في مرفق هذا القرار، وذلك لأغراض توزيعها؛

3. Approves the information-gathering instrument for United Nations standards and norms related primarily to crime prevention, contained in the annex to the present resolution, for purposes of dissemination;
3 - يوافق على أداة جمع المعلومات الخاصة بمعايير الأمم المتحدة وقواعدها المتعلقة أساسا بمنع الجريمة، والواردة في مرفق هذا القرار، وذلك لأغراض توزيعها؛

(أ) تقرير الأمين العام عن نتائج اجتماع فريق الخبراء الحكومي الدولي لصوغ أداة لجمع المعلومات الخاصة بمعايير الأمم المتحدة وقواعدها المتعلقة أساسا بمسائل الضحايا (E/CN.15/2007/3)؛

Pursuant to Economic and Social Council resolution 2006/20, the Meeting of the Intergovernmental Expert Group to Develop an Information-Gathering Instrument on United Nations standards and norms related primarily to Victim Issues was held in Vienna from 27 to 29 November 2006.
3- وعملا بقرار المجلس الاقتصادي والاجتماعي 2006/20، عُقد، في فيينا من 27 إلى 29 تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر 2006، اجتماع فريق الخبراء الحكومي الدولي لكي يصوغ أداة لجمع المعلومات الخاصة بمعايير الأمم المتحدة وقواعدها المتعلقة أساسا بمسائل الضحايا.

2. Notes with appreciation the work of the Intergovernmental Expert Group to Develop an Information-Gathering Instrument on United Nations standards and norms related primarily to Victim Issues, at its meeting held in Vienna from 27 to 29 November 2006, in designing an information-gathering instrument and in identifying proposals to foster the use and application of such standards and norms;
2 - يلاحظ مع التقدير العمل الذي قام به فريق الخبراء الحكومي الدولي لاستحداث أداة لجمع المعلومات الخاصة بمعايير الأمم المتحدة وقواعدها المتعلقة أساسا بمسائل الضحايا، في اجتماعه الذي عقد في فيينا في الفترة من 27 إلى 29 تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر 2006، في تصميم أداة لجمع المعلومات وفي تحديد اقتراحات لتعزيز استخدام تلك المعايير والقواعد وتطبيقها؛
