Calls upon the African Union Commission, the Economic Commission for Africa and the African Development Bank to continue working diligently towards ensuring that the ClimDev-Africa programme benefits African countries and regional economic communities, and enhances Africa's capacity and capability to meet the continent's developmental challenges arising from climate change;
