وقُدّم لذلك اقتراح بعكس ترتيب الجملتين في الفقرة (و) وذلك لكي يصبح نص الفقرة (و) كما يلي: " ينقضي أجَل أي أمر أولي يصدر بمقتضى هذه الفقرة بعد عشرين يوما من التاريخ الذي أصدرته فيه هيئة التحكيم.
