Salary advances may be made to staff members appointed under these rules:
يجوز صرف سلف للموظفين المعينين بمقتضى هذه القواعد على مرتباتهم:

(b) Salaries and emoluments of staff appointed under these Rules shall be subject to the staff assessment plan under the conditions specified in staff regulation 3.3 and paragraph (c) of this rule.

In paragraph 2, subparagraph (a), El Salvador proposes that the text be revised as follows: " (a) Any plea or defence claiming that an arbitral tribunal to be constituted under these Rules lacks jurisdiction or competence " .
وفي الفقرة الفرعية (أ) من الفقرة 2، تقترح السلفادور أن ينقَّح النص كما يلي: " (أ) أي دفع أو دفاع يُدّعى فيه أنّ هيئة التحكيم المراد تشكليها بمقتضى هذه القواعد غير مختصة أو غير مؤهلة " .

Paragraph 2 ( " may " ): According to this paragraph the response may also include: Under (a) any plea that an arbitral tribunal constituted under the Rules lacks jurisdiction.
الفقرة 2 (ما " يجوز " أن يتضمنه الرد): وفقا للفقرة الفرعية (أ) من هذه الفقرة، يجوز أن يتضمّن الرد أيضا أي دفع بعدم اختصاص هيئة التحكيم المشكَّلة بمقتضى هذه القواعد.
