28. Adopts the terms of reference set out in annexes IV and V to the present decision for the reports pertaining to the review of the arrangements adopted pursuant to the synergies decisions called for in section VI of the omnibus decisions, on review arrangements;

In paragraph 29 of the 2011 synergies decisions the parties requested the Secretariat and invited the Executive Director of UNEP, in consultation with the Director-General of FAO, to continue to implement section VI of the omnibus decisions, which deals with the review by the parties at their 2013 meetings of the impact of the arrangements put in place pursuant to the synergies decisions.
5 - طلبت الأطراف في الفقرة 29 من مقررات التآزر لعام 2011 إلى الأمانة، ودعت المدير التنفيذي لبرنامج البيئة، بالتشاور مع المدير العام لمنظمة الأغذية والزراعة، إلى مواصلة تنفيذ الفرع السادس من المقررات الجامعة التي تتناول الاستعراض الذي تقوم به الأطراف في اجتماعاتها سنة 2013 بشأن أثر الترتيبات الموضوعة عملاً بمقررات التآزر.

Those decisions contain a section on review arrangements, in which the conferences of the parties decided to review at their respective meetings in 2013, and in accordance with the timetable contained in the annex to the omnibus decisions, how far the arrangements adopted pursuant to the synergies decisions, in particular on joint activities, joint managerial functions and joint services, had contributed to achieving the following objectives:
