(س) اتفاق التعاون التقني الذي وقعته حكومة السودان ومفوضية الأمم المتحدة لحقوق الإنسان في 29 آذار/مارس 2000، وتكليف خبير من المفوضية للعمل في السودان بمهمة إسداء المشورة للحكومة فيما يخص بناء القدرة الوطنية على تعزيز حقوق الإنسان وحمايتها؛
