١١- تحث الدول اﻷطــراف علــى الوفاء فــي الوقت المناسب بالتزاماتها المتعلقة بتقديم التقارير بموجب العهدين الدوليين الخاصين بحقوق اﻹنسان كما تحثها على أن تستخدم في تقاريرها بيانات موزعة بحسب الجنس؛

٢١- تحث الدول اﻷطراف على الوفاء في الوقت المناسب بالتزاماتها المتعلقة بتقديم التقارير بموجب العهدين الدوليين الخاصين بحقوق اﻹنسان حسبما يُطلب منها، وعلى أن تستخدم في تقاريرها بيانات مفصلة حسب نوع الجنس؛

(c) To abide by its freely undertaken obligations under the International Covenants on Human Rights and other human rights instruments, and notes with interest, in this regard, the recommendations of the Human Rights Committee to the Government of Nigeria;CCPR/C/79/Add.65.
)ج( أن تتقيد بالالتزامات التي قطعتها على نفسها بحرية بموجب العهدين الدوليين الخاصين بحقوق اﻹنسان وغيرهما من صكوك حقوق اﻹنسان، وتلاحظ باهتمام في هذا الصدد توصيات لجنة حقوق اﻹنسان لحكومة نيجيريا)٧(؛

4. The procedures established under the International Covenants on Human Rights not only provided mechanisms for reviewing States parties' fulfilment of their obligations but enabled the treaty bodies to understand the challenges faced by States in attaining their objectives.
٤- والاجراءات المقررة بموجب العهدين الدوليين الخاصين بحقوق اﻹنسان لا تؤدي فحسب إلى توفير اﻵليات اللازمة لاستعراض مدى وفاء الدول اﻷطراف بالتزاماتها، بل هي تمكّن أيضاً الهيئات التعاهدية من فهم التحديات التي تواجهها الدول في سعيها إلى تحقيق أهدافها.

(c) To abide by its freely undertaken obligations under the International Covenants on Human Rights and other human rights instruments, and notes with interest in this regard the recommendations of the Human Rights Committee to the Government of Nigeria;CCPR/C/79/Add.65.
)ج( أن تتقيد بالالتزامات التي قطعتها على نفسها بحرية بموجب العهدين الدوليين الخاصين بحقوق اﻹنسان وغيرهما من صكوك حقوق اﻹنسان، وتلاحظ باهتمام في هذا الصدد توصيات اللجنة المعنية بحقوق اﻹنسان لحكومة نيجيريا)٦٩(؛

(e) To abide by its freely undertaken obligations under the International Covenants on Human Rights and other human rights instruments and to respect the decisions of the African Commission on Human and Peoples’ Rights as cited by the Special Rapporteur in his report;
)ﻫ( أن تتقيد بالالتزامات التي قطعتها على نفسها بحرية بموجب العهدين الدوليين الخاصين بحقوق اﻹنسان وغيرهما من صكوك حقوق اﻹنسان، وأن تحترم قرارات اللجنة اﻷفريقية لحقوق اﻹنسان والشعوب على نحو ما أشار إليه المقرر الخاص في تقريره؛

10. Calls upon the Government of the Islamic Republic of Iran to continue its efforts and to abide by its freely undertaken obligations under the International Covenants on Human Rights and under other international instruments on human rights, and to ensure that all individuals within its territory and subject to its jurisdiction, including persons belonging to religious minorities, enjoy all the rights enshrined in those instruments;
١٠ - تطلب إلى حكومة جمهورية إيران اﻹسلامية أن تواصل جهودها وتمتثل لما تعهدت به من التزامات، بمطلق إرادتها، بموجب العهدين الدوليين الخاصين بحقوق اﻹنسان وبموجب الصكوك الدولية اﻷخرى المتعلقة بحقوق اﻹنسان، وأن تكفل لجميع اﻷفراد الموجودين في إقليمها والخاضعين لولايتها، بمن فيهم المنتمون إلى اﻷقليات الدينية، التمتع بجميع الحقوق المنصوص عليها في تلك الصكوك؛

وإذ تعيد تأكيد الالتزامات المفروضة على جميع الدول اﻷعضاء بموجب ميثاق اﻷمم المتحدة واﻹعلان العالمي لحقوق اﻹنسان)٢(، والتزامات الدول اﻷطراف بموجب العهدين الدوليين الخاصين بحقوق اﻹنسان)٣(، وجميع الصكوك اﻷخرى لحقوق اﻹنسان، والتزام الجميع باحترام القانون اﻹنساني الدولـي، بمـا فـي ذلـك اتفاقيات جنيـف المؤرخـة ١٢ آب/أغسطس ١٩٤٩ المتعلقـة بحمايـة ضحايا الحـرب)٤(، والبروتوكـولان

١٥ - تهيب أيضا بحكومة جمهورية إيران اﻹسلامية أن تواصل جهودها وتمتثل لما تعهدت به من التزامات، بمطلق إرادتها، بموجب العهدين الدوليين الخاصين بحقوق اﻹنسان)١٢( وبموجب الصكوك الدولية اﻷخرى المتعلقة بحقوق اﻹنسان، وأن تكفل لجميع اﻷفراد الموجودين في أراضيها والخاضعين لولايتها، بمن فيهم المنتمون إلى اﻷقليات الدينية، التمتع بجميع الحقوق المنصوص عليها في تلك الصكوك؛

وإذ تؤكد من جديد التزامات جميع الدول اﻷعضاء بموجب ميثاق اﻷمم المتحدة واﻹعلان العالمي لحقوق اﻹنسان)٧٣(، والتزامات الدول اﻷطراف بموجب العهدين الدوليين الخاصين بحقوق اﻹنسان)٧٤( وجميع الصكوك اﻷخرى المتعلقة بحقوق اﻹنسان والتزام الجميع باحترام القانون اﻹنساني الدولي، بما في ذلك اتفاقيــات جنيـف المؤرخة ١٢ آب/أغسطس ١٩٤٩ المتعلقة بحماية المدنيين وقت الحرب)٧٥( وبروتوكولاتها
