14. In respect of contributions made pursuant to paragraph 12 (a):

The view was expressed that the terms of such future conventions might also prevail over those of the draft instrument pursuant to subparagraph 4.2.1, and thus that such future conventions represented at least as great a threat to uniformity as the inclusion of mandatory national law.

The Board may, after making a determination under subsection (6) -
