60. In 2009, the Labour Code was amended pursuant to Royal Decree No. 63/2009 in order to bring it into line with the Human Trafficking Act and curtail practices falling within the scope of a human trafficking offence, such as forced labour.
60- وفي عام 2009 تم تعديل قانون العمل بموجب المرسوم السلطاني رقم 63/2009 ليتواءم مع قانون مكافحة الاتجار بالبشر، وليحد من الممارسات التي قد تدخل في نطاق جريمة الاتجار بالبشر كالعمل القسري.

33. Oman indicated that it had taken action to accede to the international conventions related to the prohibition and prevention of the illicit importation and transport of cultural property, by virtue of royal decree 69/77, issued on 25 October 1977, in addition to national laws governing the protection of such property.
33- وأشارت عُمان إلى أنها اتخذت، بالإضافة إلى القوانين الوطنية التي تنظّم حماية الممتلكات الثقافية، إجراءات بموجب المرسوم السلطاني 69/77 الصادر في 25 تشرين الأول/أكتوبر 1977 للانضمام إلى الاتفاقيات الدولية المتعلقة بحظر ومنع استيراد ونقل الممتلكات الثقافية بصفة غير مشروعة.
