121. A significant reason for the delay in submitting the report had been that no mechanism existed to deal with reporting under international human rights treaties and insufficient resources had been allocated for that purpose.
121 - وتمثل أحد الأسباب الهامة للتأخر في تقديم التقرير في عدم وجود آلية تعنى بتقديم التقارير بموجب المعاهدات الدولية المتعلقة بحقوق الإنسان وعدم تخصيص موارد كافية لهذا الغرض.

(a) To abide by its freely undertaken obligations under international human rights treaties and international humanitarian law and to respect and ensure the rights of all individuals, irrespective of their origin, ethnicity, gender or religion, within its territory and subject to its jurisdiction;
(أ) أن تفي بالتزاماتها التي تعهدت بها بحرية بموجب المعاهدات الدولية المتعلقة بحقوق الإنسان والقانون الإنساني الدولي، وأن تحترم وتكفل حقوق جميع الأفراد الموجودين داخل أراضيها والخاضعين لولايتها، بصرف النظر عن أصلهم أو انتمائهم العرقي أو جنسهم أو دينهم؛

(26) The Committee invites the State party to submit an up-to-date core document in accordance with the harmonized guidelines on reporting under the international human rights treaties (HRI/MC/2006/3).
(26) وتدعو اللجنة الدولة الطرف إلى أن تقدم وثيقة أساسية محدثة وفق المبادئ التوجيهية المنسقة بشأن تقديم التقارير بموجب المعاهدات الدولية المتعلقة بحقوق الإنسان (HRI/MC/2006/3).

(29) وتدعو اللجنة الدولة الطرف إلى تحديث وثيقتها الأساسية وفق المبادئ التوجيهية المنسقة بشأن تقديم التقارير بموجب المعاهدات الدولية المتعلقة بحقوق الإنسان.

(26) وتدعو اللجنة الدولة الطرف إلى تقديم وثيقتها الأساسية وفق المبادئ التوجيهية المنسقة بشأن تقديم التقارير بموجب المعاهدات الدولية المتعلقة بحقوق الإنسان.
