(b) Staff members shall also be responsible for promptly notifying the Secretary-General, in writing, of any subsequent changes affecting their status under the Staff Regulations and Staff Rules.

(a) Staff members shall be responsible for supplying the Secretary-General with relevant information, as required, both during the application process and on subsequent employment, for the purpose of determining their status under the Staff Regulations and Staff Rules as well as for the purpose of completing administrative arrangements in connection with their employment.

(a) Staff members shall be responsible on appointment for supplying the Secretary-General with whatever information may be required for the purpose of determining their status under the Staff Regulations and Staff Rules or of completing administrative arrangements in connection with their appointments.
)أ( يكون الموظفون عند تعيينهم مسؤولين عن تزويد الأمين العام بأية معلومات قد تطلب منهم بغرض تحديد مركزهم بموجب النظام الأساسي للموظفين والنظام الإداري للموظفين أو لاستكمال الترتيبات الإدارية المتعلقة بتعيينهم؛

(f) A staff member selecting the option of special leave described in staff rule 9.8 (d) shall sign an undertaking acknowledging that his or her status on special leave is solely for pension purposes and that his or her entitlements and those in respect of any dependants to all other emoluments and benefits under the Staff Regulations and Staff Rules are determined as final as at the date of commencement of such special leave.
(و) يوقع الموظف الذي يأخذ بخيار الحصول على إجازة خاصة المبين في القاعدة 9-8 (د) تعهدا يقر فيه بأن منحه إجازة خاصة هو لغرض المعاش التقاعدي لا لغرض آخر وأن ما يحق له ولمعاليه من جميع المكافآت والاستحقاقات الأخرى بموجب النظام الأساسي للموظفين والنظام الإداري للموظفين يعتبر نهائيا في تاريخ بدء هذه الإجازة الخاصة.
