وبصورة خاصة، لاحظت اللجنة أن الجمعية العامة كانت قد طلبت الى اﻷمين العامة، في الفقرة ٥ من ذلك القرار، أن ينشئ صندوقا استئمانيا مستقلا للجنة لتقديم المساعدة المتعلقة بالسفر الى البلدان النامية اﻷعضاء في اللجنة، بناء على طلبها وبالتشاور مع اﻷمين العام.

At its forty-eighth session in 1993, the General Assembly welcomed " the completion of the setting up of the trust fund for the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law to grant travel assistance to developing countries that are members of the Commission, at their request and in consultation with the Secretary-General.
ورحبت الجمعية العامة في دورتها الثامنة والأربعين في 1993، " بانجاز انشاء الصندوق الاستئماني للجنة الأمم المتحدة للقانون التجاري الدولي لتقديم المساعدة المتعلقة بالسفر الى البلدان النامية الأعضاء في اللجنة، بناء على طلبها وبالتشاور مع الأمين العام.
