2. Any dispute between the Parties concerning the interpretation or application of this Agreement or the regulations of the UNV, which cannot be settled amicably, shall be submitted, at the request of either party to the dispute, to an arbitral tribunal, composed of three members.
٢- أي نزاع بين اﻷطراف يتعلق بتفسير أو تطبيق هذا الاتفاق أو لوائح برنامج متطوعي اﻷمم المتحدة، لا تتم تسويته بطريقة ودية، يحال، بناء على طلب أي من طرفي النزاع، إلى هيئة تحكيم مؤلفة من ثلاثة أعضاء.

" If the Parties to a dispute have not accepted the same or any procedure pursuant to paragraph 2 and if they have not been able to settle their disputes within six months following notification by one Party to another that a dispute exists between them, the dispute shall be submitted to conciliation at the request of any party to the dispute in accordance with the procedure adopted.
إذا لم يقبل طرفا النزاع نفس الإجراء أو لم يقبلا أياً من الإجراءات المتوخاة في الفقرة 2، وإذا لم يتمكنا من تسوية نزاعهما خلال 6 أشهر بعد قيام أحد الطرفين بإخطار الطرف الآخر بوجود نزاع بينهما، يعرض النزاع للتوفق بناء على طلب أي من طرفي النزاع، وفقا للإجراءات المعتمدة.

Article 28 further provides that, if the Parties to a dispute have not accepted the same or any procedure and if they have not been able to settle their dispute within twelve months following notification by one Party to another that a dispute exists between them, the dispute shall be submitted to conciliation at the request of any party to the dispute.
3- وتنص المادة 28 أيضاً على أنه في حالة عدم قبول الأطراف في نزاع ما لنفس الإجراء أو أي إجراء آخر وعدم تمكنها من تسوية نزاعها في غضون اثني عشر شهراً من قيام أحد الطرفين بإخطار الطرف الآخر بوجود نزاع بينهما، يُعرض النزاع للتوفيق بناء على طلب أي من طرفي النزاع.

٣- وتنص المادة ٨٢ أيضاً على أنه في حالة عدم قبول اﻷطراف في نزاع ما لنفس الاجراء أو أي اجراء آخر وعدم تمكنها من تسوية نزاعها في غضون اثني عشر شهراً من قيام أحد الطرفين بإخطار الطرف اﻵخر بوجود نزاع بينهما، يُعرض النزاع للتوفيق بناء على طلب أي من طرفي النزاع.
