2. The functions of the Commission on Sustainable Development related to the transfer of environmentally sound technology, cooperation and capacity-building identified in General Assembly resolution 47/191 are as follows:

أولا - اتجاهات ومسائل تتصل بنقل التكنولوجيا السليمة بيئيا والتعاون وبناء القدرات

Such joint bureau meetings could coordinate the agendas of the intergovernmental bodies and generally harmonize consideration of issues concerning the transfer of environmentally sound technology, cooperation and capacity-building.
ويمكن أن تقوم اجتماعات المكاتب المشتركة هذه بتنسيق جداول أعمال الهيئات الحكومية الدولية وتنسق بصورة عامة النظر في المسائل التي تعنى بنقل التكنولوجيا السليمة بيئيا والتعاون وبناء القدرات.

51. Activities related to the transfer of environmentally sound technology, cooperation and capacity-building have formed a basic part of the Irish Government's Bilateral Aid Programme since its inception.
٥١ - أما اﻷنشطة المتصلة بنقل التكنولوجيا السليمة بيئيا والتعاون وبناء القدرات فقد شكلت جزءا أساسيا من برنامج الحكومة الايرلندية للمعونة الثنائية منذ إنشائه.

10. Noting the relevant provisions of Agenda 21 relating to the transfer of environmentally sound technology, cooperation and capacity-building, the COP at its first and second sessions took decisions related to these issues.
٠١ - وقام مؤتمر اﻷطراف في دورتيه الثانية والثالثة، مشيرا إلى اﻷحكام ذات الصلة في جدول أعمال القرن ١٢ المتصلة بنقل التكنولوجيا السليمة بيئيا والتعاون وبناء القدرات، باتخاذ مقررات تتصل بهذه القضايا.

The Conference of the Parties (COP), in decision 13/CP.1, requested the secretariat to prepare an itemized progress report on concrete measures taken by Annex II Parties with respect to the transfer of environmentally sound technology and know-how necessary to mitigate and facilitate adequate adaptation to climate change.
١- طلب مؤتمر اﻷطراف من اﻷمانة، في مقرره ١٣/م أ-١، إعداد تقرير مرحلي مبوﱠب بشأن التدابير الفعلية المتخذة من قبل اﻷطراف المدرجة في المرفق الثاني للاتفاقية، فيما يتعلق بنقل التكنولوجيا السليمة بيئيا والدراية الفنية اللازمة لتخفيف آثار تغير المناخ وتسهيل التكيف الملائم معها.

6. The principles regarding common but differentiated responsibility and provision of new and additional resources to developing countries had yet to be put into practice, and the implementation of commitments regarding the transfer of environmentally sound technology to those countries left much to be desired.
٦ - إذ لا يزال يتعين وضع المبادئ المتعلقة بالمسؤوليات المشتركة لكن المختلفة وتوفير موارد جديدة وإضافية للبلدان النامية موضع التنفيذ، كما أن تنفيذ الالتزامات المتعلقة بنقل التكنولوجيا السليمة بيئيا إلى هذه البلدان قد ترك الكثير مما يرغب في عمله.

The Commission notes that many of the proposals for action related to the transfer of environmentally sound technology and cooperation are based on practical experiences gained in some sectoral areas, and that many of these experiences can be applied to other sectors as well.
٨٠ - وتلاحظ اللجنة أن كثيرا من مقترحات العمل المتعلقة بنقل التكنولوجيا السليمة بيئيا والتعاون في هذاالمجال تستند إلى الخبرات العملية التي تحصلت في بعض المجالات القطاعية، وأن كثيرا من هذه الخبرات يمكن استخدامه لتطبيقه على قطاعات أخرى كذلك.

22. An Asia and the Pacific expert group meeting on the transfer of environmentally sound technology among small and medium-sized enterprises and Techmart'96 was hosted by the Asian and Pacific Centre for Technology Transfer (APCTT) of the Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific (ESCAP) (New Delhi, 22-24 January 1996).
٢٢ - واستضاف مركز آسيا والمحيط الهادئ لنقل التكنولوجيا التابع للجنة الاقتصادية والاجتماعية ﻵسيا والمحيط الهادئ اجتماع فريق خبراء آسيا والمحيط الهادئ المعني بنقل التكنولوجيا السليمة بيئيا بين المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة وأسواق التكنولوجيا ٩٦ نيودلهي في ٢٢ - ٢٤ كانون الثاني/يناير ١٩٩٦.
