21. As the United Nations official with principal responsibility for United Nations human rights activities, the High Commissioner attaches special importance to the coordination of United Nations system-wide activities.
٢١ - يعلق المفوض السامي، بوصفه مسؤول اﻷمم المتحدة الذي يتحمل المسؤولية اﻷساسية عن أنشطة اﻷمم المتحدة في مجال حقوق اﻹنسان، أهمية خاصة على تنسيق اﻷنشطة المضطلع بها على نطاق منظومة اﻷمم المتحدة.

The World Conference urged the full and equal enjoyment by women of all human rights as a priority objective for both Member States and the United Nations, and that the human rights of women be fully integrated into the mainstream of United Nations system-wide activities.
وحث المؤتمر العالمي على تمتع المرأة بصورة كاملة وعلى قدم المساواة بجميع حقوق اﻹنسان بوصف ذلك هدفا ذا أولوية بالنسبة للدول اﻷعضاء ولﻷمم المتحدة على السواء، كما حث على ادماج حقوق الانسان للمرأة ادماجا كاملا في الخط العام لﻷنشطة التي يجري القيام بها على نطاق منظومة اﻷمم المتحدة.

The Department will also produce and disseminate an extended background on the issues related to poverty eradication and a brochure on the aims and purposes of the Year which will include a calendar of United Nations system-wide activities being planned during the Year.
كما ستقوم اﻹدارة بإنتاج ونشر معلومات أساسية موسعة عن القضايا المتصلة بالقضاء على الفقر وكتيب عن أهداف ومقاصد السنة يتضمن جدولا زمنيا لﻷنشطة المزمع القيام بها على نطاق منظومة اﻷمم المتحدة في غضون السنة.

(b) " The equal status of women and the human rights of women should be integrated into the mainstream of United Nations system-wide activity.
)ب( " ينبغي دمج موضوع المساواة في المركز للمرأة وحقوق اﻹنسان للمرأة في صلب اﻷنشطة المضطلع بها على نطاق منظومة اﻷمم المتحدة.

International cooperation and solidarity should be promoted to support the implementation of the Convention and the rights of the child should be a priority in the United Nations system-wide action on human rights.
وينبغي تعزيز التعاون والتضامن الدوليين لدعم تنفيذ الاتفاقية، وينبغي إيلاء أولوية لحقوق الطفل في اﻷعمال المضطلع بها على نطاق منظومة اﻷمم المتحدة في مجال حقوق اﻹنسان.

37. The equal status of women and the human rights of women should be integrated into the mainstream of United Nations system-wide activity.
٣٧ - وينبغي دمج موضوع المساواة في المركز للمرأة وحقوق اﻹنسان للمرأة في صلب اﻷنشطة المضطلع بها على نطاق منظومة اﻷمم المتحدة.

1. Calls for intensified effort at the international level to integrate the equal status and human rights of women into the mainstream of United Nations system-wide activity and to address these issues regularly and systematically throughout relevant United Nations bodies and mechanisms;
١- تدعو إلى تكثيف الجهود على المستوى الدولي من أجل دمج موضوع المساواة في المركز وحقوق اﻹنسان للمرأة في صلب اﻷنشطة المضطلع بها على نطاق منظومة اﻷمم المتحدة ومعالجة هذه المسائل بصورة منتظمة ومنهجية في كافة هيئات وآليات اﻷمم المتحدة ذات الصلة؛

٣٠ - حث المؤتمر العالمي لحقوق اﻹنسان على تمتع المرأة على قدم المساواة بجميع حقوق اﻹنسان كاملة، على أن يكون ذلك هدفا له اﻷولوية بالنسبة للحكومات ولﻷمم المتحدة على السواء، وعلى إدماج موضوع مساواة المرأة بالرجل في المركز وحقوق اﻹنسان للمرأة في صلب اﻷنشطة الرئيسية المضطلع بها على نطاق منظومة اﻷمم المتحدة.

With the recent reform and refocusing of UNEP’s work, its contribution to the United Nations system-wide work addressed to eradicating poverty should become stronger.
ومع عملية اﻹصلاح اﻷخيرة لبرنامج اﻷمم المتحدة للبيئة وتغيير مناط تركيزها، من المنتظر أن تقوى مساهمته في اﻷعمال المتعلقة بالقضاء على الفقر المضطلع بها على نطاق منظومة اﻷمم المتحدة.
