II. the present Declaration shall enter into force as from the date of its issuance and shall be deposited with the United Nations. It shall be published in all the media both locally and internationally.
ثانيا: يعمل بهذا الإعلان من تاريخ صدوره ويودع لدى هيئة الأمم المتحدة وينشر في جميع وسائل الإعلام المختلفة محليا وعالميا.

We must therefore strive to eradicate all such weapons through the commitment of all States Members of the United Nations to the Declaration.
وبالتالي يجب السعي بشكل حثيث للقضاء على تلك الأسلحة، وذلك من خلال التزام جميع الدول الأعضاء في الأمم المتحدة بهذا الإعلان.

Article 8 stipulates that all the parties concerned by the Declaration should respect the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the International Covenants;

The Human Rights Committee explicitly welcomed this declaration at the presentation of the sixth state party report on the ICCPR.

4. Israel wishes to reiterate its understanding regarding this declaration:
