One was based on the fourth preambular paragraph of the definition of aggression annexed to General Assembly resolution 3314 (XXIX), and made it clear that the Statute should not be interpreted as in any way affecting the scope of the provisions of the Charter relating to the functions and powers of the organs of the United Nations.
