12- تدعى أيضاً منظمات المجتمع المدني المعتمدة لتنظيم نفسها من أجل التعاون في إعداد تقارير عن الأعمال التي تضطلع بها لتيسير تنفيذ الاتفاقية، وبخاصة ما يتعلق بأفضل الممارسات، من أجل إحالتها إلى الدورات المعقودة في الفترات الفاصلة بين الدورات العادية لمؤتمر الأطراف وإلى مراكز التنسيق القطرية.

Sessions held between ordinary sessions of the COP and held separately from the sessions of the CST should last not longer than one week (five working days).
أما الدورات التي تعقدها اللجنة في الفترات الفاصلة بين الدورات العادية لمؤتمر الأطراف بصورة منفصلة عن دورات لجنة العلم والتكنولوجيا فينبغي ألاّ تتجاوز مدتها أسبوعاً واحداً (خمسة أيام عمل).

13. 13- ومنظمات المجتمع المدني المعتمدة مدعوة أيضاً إلى تنظيم نفسها من أجل إعداد تقارير تعاونية عن عملها لتنفيذ الاتفاقية، لا سيما من خلال تقديم أفضل الممارسات، لإحالتها إلى الدورات التي تُعقد بين الدورات العادية لمؤتمر الأطراف ومراكز التنسيق التابعة للبلدان.

The format proposed for CRIC sessions held between ordinary sessions of the COP took into account the relevant provisions of decision 1/COP.5, and in particular the fact that the review of the implementation is to be conducted thematically (along the key thematic topics defined in the damethat decision), with due regard to geographic regions and subregions.
ووضع التصميم المقترح لدورات اللجنة المعقودة بين الدورات العادية لمؤتمر الأطراف في الحسبان أحكام المقرر 1/م أ-5 ذات الصلة، لا سيما وجوب استعراض التنفيذ حسب المواضيع (بجانب المواضيع التخصصية المحددة في ذلك المقرر)، مع إيلاء الاعتبار الواجب للمناطق والمناطق دون الإقليمية الجغرافية.

19. Sessions held between ordinary sessions of the COP and held in conjunction with the sessions of the CST should last not longer than two weeks, including the duration of the session of the CST.

40- وبمقتضى نفس المقرر 11/م أ-9(المرفق، الفقرة 12) تدعى أيضاً منظمات المجتمع المدني المعتمدة إلى تنظيم نفسها من أجل التعاون على إعداد تقارير تعاونية عن الأعمال التي تضطلع بها لتيسير تنفيذ الاتفاقية، وبخاصة ما يتعلق بأفضل الممارسات، من أجل إحالتها إلى الدورات المعقودة في الفترات الفاصلة بين الدورات العادية لمؤتمر الأطراف وإلى مراكز التنسيق القطرية.
