(e) Improving interlinkages between freshwater, coastal and oceans issues by developing a relationship between the Global Forum on Oceans, Coasts, and Islands and the World Water Forum and associated institutions.

1. Recognizes that exchanges of information and expertise, consultation and closer cooperation between the Global Forum on Migration and Development and the United Nations could have a positive impact, and in this regard:
1 - تقـر بأن تبادل المعلومات والخبرات والتشاور وتوثيق التعاون بين المنتدى العالمي المعني بالهجرة والتنمية والأمم المتحدة قد يكون لها تأثير إيجابي، وأنها، في هذا الصدد:

57. The Special Rapporteur believes that there should be a closer link between the Global Forum on Migration and Development and the High-level Dialogue, particularly through the role and expertise of the Global Migration Group.

Recalling its resolution 62/270 of 20 June 2008 on the Global Forum on Migration and Development, as adopted, in which, inter alia, it recognized that exchanges of information and expertise, consultation and closer cooperation between the Global Forum and the United Nations could have a positive impact,
وإذ تشير إلى قرارها 62/270 المؤرخ 20 حزيران/يونيه 2008 بشأن المنتدى العالمي المعني بالهجرة والتنمية، بصيغته المعتمدة، الذي أقرت فيه، في جملة أمور، بأن تبادل المعلومات والخبرات والتشاور وتوثيق التعاون بين المنتدى العالمي والأمم المتحدة قد يكون له تأثير إيجابي،

Ms. Espinosa (Ecuador) (spoke in Spanish): My delegation welcomes the adoption of resolution 62/270 today because we believe that it will facilitate greater cooperation between the Global Forum on Migration and Development and the United Nations system.
السيدة إسبينوزا (إكوادور) (تكلمت بالإسبانية): يرحب وفد بلدي باعتماد القرار 62/270. لأننا نعتقد اليوم أنه سوف ييسر تعاونا أكبر بين المنتدى العالمي للهجرة والتنمية ومنظومة الأمم المتحدة.

With regard to sub-item (d), the African Group welcomed the Secretariat's effort to implement the eight modules and commended UNIDO for action taken to enhance synergies between global forum and technical cooperation activities.
71- وفيما يتعلق بالبند الفرعي (د) قالت إن المجموعة الأفريقية ترحّب بالجهود التي تبذلها الأمانة لتنفيذ النمائط الثماني، كما تثني على اليونيدو لما اتخذته من إجراءات لتعزيز التآزر بين المنتدى العالمي وأنشطة التعاون التقني.
