٢ - تؤكد من جديد أن اتفاقية جنيف المتعلقة بحماية اﻷشخاص المدنيين وقت الحرب، المؤرخة في ٢١ آب/أغسطس ٩٤٩١، تنطبق على اﻷراضي الفلسطينية واﻷراضي العربية اﻷخرى التي تحتلها اسرائيل منذ عام ٧٦٩١، بما فيها القدس، وتعتبر أي تغيير في الوضع الجغرافي والديموغرافي لمدينة القدس عن وضعها السابق لحرب حزيران/يونيه ٧٦٩١ غير شرعي ولاغيا؛

7. reaffirms that the Geneva Convention relative to the Protection of Civilian Persons in Time of War is applicable to the Palestinian territory and other Arab territories occupied by Israel since 1967, including East Jerusalem, and considers any change in the geographical and demographic status of the city of East Jerusalem from its situation prior to the June 1967 war to be illegal and void;
7- تؤكد من جديد أن اتفاقية جنيف المتعلقة بحماية المدنيين وقت الحرب تنطبق على الأراضي الفلسطينية والأراضي العربية الأخرى التي تحتلها إسرائيل منذ عام 1967، بما فيها القدس الشرقية، وترى أن أي تغيير في مدينة القدس الشرقية، من حيث المركز الجغرافي والديموغرافي، عما كانت عليه قبل حرب حزيران/يونيه 1967، تغييرٌ غير قانوني وباطل؛
