الفقرة 4 من المادة 97: يجوز للمقرر الخاص أن يطلب إلى الدولة الطرف أو صاحب البلاغ أن يقدّما، خلال مهلة زمنية محددة، معلومات أو ملاحظات خطية إضافية تتصل بمسألة مقبولية البلاغ أو أسسه الموضوعية.

1. The Committee or the working group established under rule 106 or a special rapporteur designated under rule 106, paragraph 3, may request, through the Secretary-General, the State party concerned or the author of the communication to submit additional written information, clarifications of observations relevant to the question of admissibility of the communication.
المادة ١٠٨ ١ - يجوز ﻷي من اللجنة أو الفريق العامل المنشأ بموجب المادة ١٠٦ أو المقرر الخاص، بموجب الفقرة ٣ من المادة ١٠٦، أن يطلب، من خلال اﻷمين العام، من الدولة الطرف أو من مقدم البلاغ تقديم معلومات وايضاحات كتابية عن أي ملاحظات تتصل بمسألة مقبولية البلاغ.

٤- يجوز للجنة، أو لفريق عامل منشأ بموجب الفقرة ١ من المادة ٩٨ أو لمقرر خاص مسمى بموجب الفقرة ٣ من المادة ٩٨، مطالبة الدولة الطرف أو صاحب البلاغ بتقديم معلومات أو ملاحظات خطية إضافية، خلال مهل زمنية محددة، تتصل بمسألة مقبولية البلاغ أو جوانبه الموضوعية.
