97- وتدرك اللجنة أنّ عدداً من الدول الأطراف قد أعربت عن قلقها من طلب تدابير الحماية المؤقتة في عدد مفرط من الحالات التي يُدعى فيها انتهاك أحكام المادة 3 من الاتفاقية، ولا سيما في الحالات التي يُزعم فيها أنّ ترحيل صاحب الشكوى وشيك ولا توجد عناصر وقائعية كافية لتبرير طلب التدابير المؤقتة.
