2 July 2010, will be made available to the Implementation Review Group (CAC/COSP/IRG/2010/7, annex I). The Group will also have before it additional information on the schedule of reviews, as well as information on other organizational matters, such as the training of governmental experts.

The speaker highlighted that, in the light of the initial lessons learned, additional funding would be needed for the biennium 2012-2013, for staffing in particular, and to cover the increased costs of training of governmental experts, country visits and joint meetings, as well as for the different tools supporting the Review Mechanism, in line with the mandates received from the Conference.
55- وأبرز المتكلّم أنه يلزم، في ضوء العبر الأولية المستخلصة، توفير تمويل إضافي لفترة السنتين 2012-2013 لسد احتياجات الموظفين بوجه خاص وتغطية الزيادة الحاصلة في تكاليف تدريب الخبراء الحكوميين وإجراء الزيارات القُطرية وعقد الاجتماعات المشتركة، وكذلك لوضع مختلف الأدوات اللازمة لدعم آلية الاستعراض تمشيا مع المهام المسندة من المؤتمر.

At this stage, additional resources would be needed to cover the additional requests from States parties for the training of governmental experts if it is decided to cover also the costs of one expert per country under review and two experts per reviewing country, as this goes beyond the initial estimates covering only 30 governmental experts per workshop (see paras. 19-21 above).
50- في هذه المرحلة ستلزم موارد إضافية من أجل تغطية الطلبات الإضافية الواردة من الدول الأطراف بشأن تدريب الخبراء الحكوميين إذا تقرر أن تغطىَ أيضاً تكاليفُ خبير واحد لكل بلد مستعرَض وخبيرين لكل بلد مستعرِض؛ لأنَّ ذلك يتجاوز التقديرات الأولية التي اقتصرت على تغطية 30 خبيراً حكومياً فقط لكل حلقة عمل (انظر الفقرات من 19 إلى 21 أعلاه).
