٥ - تدعو أيضا الحكومات أن تقوم بدعم من اﻷمم المتحدة بوضع دليل لتدريب اﻷفراد الذين يستقبلون ضحايا العنف القائم على نوع الجنس بما في ذلك الاتجار، و/أو الذين يكونون أوصياء لمدة مؤقتة على أولئك الضحايا، وذلك بغية توعيتهم بالاحتياجات التي ينفرد بها الضحايا؛

5. also invites Governments and other relevant actors, as appropriate, to provide or enhance mental health education and both pre-service and in-service training to primary health care workers, social service professionals, teachers and other educators, and community workers;

6. also invites Governments to finalize their national reports in line with the guidelines prepared by the Secretariat and to submit those reports to the Secretary-General of the Conference by May 1994 to serve as input to the review and appraisal of the implementation of the Nairobi Forward-looking Strategies;
٦ - تدعو أيضا الحكومات الى وضع تقاريرها الوطنية في صيغتها النهائية بحيث تكون متمشية مع المبادئ التوجيهية التي أعدتها اﻷمانة العامة. وأن تقدم هذه التقارير الى اﻷمين العام للمؤتمر بحلول شهر أيار/مايو ١٩٩٤ لتكون مدخلا لعملية استعراض وتقييم تنفيذ استراتيجيات نيروبي التطلعية؛

7. also invites Governments, relevant international organizations, specialized agencies and local, national and international cooperative organizations to continue to observe the International Day of Cooperatives annually, on the first Saturday of July, as proclaimed by the General Assembly in its resolution 47/90;
7 - تدعو أيضا الحكومات والمنظمات الدولية والوكالات المتخصصة، والمنظمات التعاونية المحلية والوطنية والدولية ذات الصلة، إلى مواصلة الاحتفال سنويا باليوم الدولي للتعاونيات في يوم السبت الأول من شهر تموز/يوليه على النحو الذي أعلنته الجمعية العامة في قرارها 47/90؛

" 18. also invites Governments to encourage media providers, including Internet service providers, to adopt or strengthen self-regulatory measures to promote the responsible use of media, particularly the Internet, with a view to eliminating the exploitation of women and children, in particular girls, which could foster trafficking;

10. also invites Governments and international organizations, in collaboration with cooperatives and cooperative organizations, to promote, as appropriate, the growth of financial cooperatives to meet the goal of inclusive finance by providing easy access to affordable financial services for all;
10 - تدعو أيضا الحكومات والمنظمات الدولية إلى أن تشجع، بالتعاون مع التعاونيات والمنظمات التعاونية، نمو التعاونيات المالية، حسب الاقتضاء، لتحقيق هدف التمويل الشامل عن طريق تسهيل استفادة الجميع من الخدمات المالية الميسورة؛
