1. If the Committee receives reliable information which appears to it to contain well—founded indications that forced disappearance is being systematically or widely practised in the territory under the control of a State Party, the Committee shall invite that State party to cooperate in the examination of the information and to this end to submit observations with regard to the information concerned.
١- إذا تلقت اللجنة معلومات موثوقاً بها تبدو لها وكأنها تتضمن دلائل لها ما يدعمها أن الاختفاء القسري يجري بانتظام أو يمارس على نطاق واسع في اﻹقليم الخاضع لرقابة دولة طرف، تدعو اللجنة تلك الدولة الطرف إلى التعاون معها على فحص المعلومات وإلى أن تقدم لهذا الغرض ملاحظات فيما يتعلق بالمعلومات المعنية.

1. If the Committee receives reliable information indicating grave or systematic violations by a State Party of rights set forth in the Convention, the Committee shall invite that State party to cooperate in the examination of the information and to this end to submit observations with regard to the information concerned.

Art. 8.1: If the Committee receives reliable information indicating grave or systematic violations by a State Party of rights set forth in the Convention, the Committee shall invite that State party to cooperate in the examination of the information and to this end to submit observations with regard to the information concerned.

In accordance with article 8, paragraph 1, of the Optional Protocol, if the Committee receives reliable information indicating grave or systematic violations by a State party of rights set forth in the Convention, the Committee shall invite that State party to cooperate in the examination of the information and, to that end, to submit observations with regard to the information concerned.

2- إذا تلقت اللجنة معلومات موثوقة تدل على وقوع انتهاكات جسيمة أو منتظمة من جانب دولة طرف لأي من الحقوق الاقتصادية أو الاجتماعية أو الثقافية المنصوص عليها في العهد، تدعو اللجنة تلك الدولة الطرف إلى التعاون في فحص المعلومات وإلى تقديم ملاحظاتها بشأن هذه المعلومات.
