4 - تدين بشدة جميع أشكال التمييز العنصري وكراهية الأجانب فيما يتعلق بإمكانية الحصول على العمل والتدريب المهني والسكن والدراسة والخدمات الصحية والخدمات الاجتماعية، فضلا عن الخدمات الموجهة لاستخدام الجمهور، وترحب بالدور الفعال الذي تضطلع به المنظمات الحكومية وغير الحكومية في مجال مكافحة العنصرية ومساعدة الأفراد ضحايا الأعمال العنصرية، بمن فيهم الضحايا من المهاجرين؛
