Immediately following the fourteenth preambular paragraph, which begins, " condemning all acts of violence " , two new preambular paragraphs are to be inserted.
فمباشرة بعد الفقرة الرابعة عشرة من الديباجة، التي تبدأ، " وإذ تدين جميع أعمال العنف " ، تدرج فقرتان نصهما كما يلي:

2. condemns all violent acts committed against the civilian population as such, in violation of international humanitarian law in situations of armed conflict, and calls for an effective response to such acts, in particular the immediate release of women and children taken hostage, including those subsequently imprisoned, in armed conflicts, including by strengthening international cooperation in this field;
2 - تدين جميع أعمال العنف التي ترتكب ضد السكان المدنيين بصفتهم تلك في حالات النزاع المسلح وبما يخالف القانون الإنساني الدولي، وتدعو إلى الرد بصورة فعالة على هذه الأعمال، لا سيما عن طريق الإفراج الفوري عن النساء والأطفال المأخوذين رهائن في نزاعات مسلحة، بمن فيهم الذين يُسجنون فيما بعد، بسبل منها تعزيز التعاون الدولي في هذا الميدان؛

Emphasizing the importance of the safety, protection and well-being of all civilians in the whole Middle East region, and condemning all acts of violence and terror against civilians on both sides, including the firing of rockets,
وإذ تؤكد على أهمية سلامة جميع المدنيين وحمايتهم ورفاههم في منطقة الشرق الأوسط بأكملها، وإذ تدين جميع أعمال العنف والإرهاب ضد المدنيين من كلا الجانبين، بما في ذلك إطلاق الصواريخ،
