وفي هذا الصدد، تذكّر اللجنة بما ذكرته الدولة الطرف من أنها لم تصوِّت حتى الآن لصالح قرار الجمعية العامة 62/149، الداعي إلى وقف عقوبة الإعدام على نطاق عالمي.

In this regard, the Committee reiterates that the possibility of filing a complaint before a court should not preclude the creation of such mechanisms.
وفي هذا الصدد، تذكّر اللجنة مجددا بأن إمكانية إيداع شكوى أمام المحكمة ينبغي ألا تحول دون استحداث مثل تلك الآلية.

101. The Team also recommends that the Committee remind Member States that are the victims of Al-Qaida-related attacks of the possibility of listing those identified as responsible.
