The Council also endorses the decision of the Commission to invite all special rapporteurs, in carrying out their mandates, to take into account the situation and human rights of persons with disabilities, and to request the SecretaryGeneral to report annually to the General Assembly on the progress of efforts to ensure the full recognition and enjoyment of the human rights of persons with disabilities.
كما يؤيد المجلس مقرر اللجنة أن تدعو جميع المقررين الخاصين إلى أن يضعوا في اعتبارهم، لدى اضطلاعهم بولاياتهم، حالة المعوقين وما لهم من حقوق الإنسان، وأن ترجو من الأمين العام أن يقدم سنوياً تقريراً إلى الجمعية العامة عن تقدم الجهود الرامية إلى ضمان الاعتراف والتمتع الكاملين بحقوق الإنسان للمعوقين.

(c) To request the SecretaryGeneral to provide the Special Rapporteur with any assistance necessary to enable him to fulfil his mandate.
