٥١- ترجو من مفوض اﻷمم المتحدة السامي لحقوق اﻹنسان مواصلة تقديم تقارير عن التدابير المتخذة والتقدم المحرز في تنفيذ إعلان وبرنامج عمل فيينا تنفيذا شاملا، ولا سيما فيما يتعلق باﻷعمال التحضيرية للاستعراض الخماسي السنوات المقرر إجراؤه في عام ٨٩٩١؛

3. requests the High Commissioner for Human Rights to ensure that all relevant information pertaining to the crimes referred to in paragraph 1 is systematically collected by the Centre for Human Rights so that it can be readily available to the international tribunal as soon as it is established.

19. requests the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights to report on the activities of the Human Rights Field Operation in Rwanda to the Commission on Human Rights at its fifty-third session and to the General Assembly at its fifty-first session;
٩١- ترجو من مفوض اﻷمم المتحدة السامي لحقوق الانسان أن يقدم تقريراً عن أنشطة العملية الميدانية الخاصة بحقوق الانسان في رواندا الى لجنة حقوق الانسان في دورتها الثالثة والخمسين والى الجمعية العامة في دورتها الحادية والخمسين؛

6. requests the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights to give due attention to the practice of forced eviction in discharging his responsibilities and to undertake measures, whenever possible, to persuade Governments to halt planned forced evictions and to ensure the provision of adequate compensation when evictions have already occurred;
٦- ترجو من مفوض اﻷمم المتحدة السامي لحقوق اﻹنسان أن يولي الاهتمام الواجب لممارسة اﻹخلاء القسري في أداء مسؤولياته وأن يتخذ، كلما كان ذلك ممكنا، تدابير من أجل إقناع الحكومات بوقف عمليات اﻹخلاء القسري المخطط لها، وضمان توفير التعويض الكافي في الحالات التي تكون فيها عمليات اﻹخلاء هذه قد حدثت بالفعل؛

6. requests the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights, through the Commission on Human Rights, to continue his efforts to ensure sufficient resources within the Centre for Human Rights to address HIV/AIDS-related issues and to incorporate these issues, as appropriate, in all the Centre's activities;
٦- ترجو من مفوض اﻷمم المتحدة السامي لحقوق اﻹنسان أن يستمر، من خلال لجنة حقوق اﻹنسان، في بذل جهوده في سبيل تأمين ما يكفي من الموارد، داخل مركز حقوق اﻹنسان، من أجل التصدي للمسائل المتصلة باﻹصابة بفيروس نقص المناعة البشري/اﻹيدز وإدراج هذه المسائل، حسب الاقتضاء، في جميع أنشطة المركز؛

3. requests the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights, through the Commission on Human Rights, to continue to incorporate HIV/AIDS—related issues, as appropriate, in all the Centre's activities, including participating, without financial implications, in a seminar on exploring ways to assess implementation of the guidelines;
٣- ترجو من مفوض اﻷمم المتحدة السامي لحقوق اﻹنسان أن يستمر، من خلال لجنة حقوق اﻹنسان، في ادراج المسائل المتصلة بفيروس نقص المناعة البشري/اﻹيدز، حسب ما يكون ملائماً، في جميع أنشطة المركز، بما في ذلك المشاركة، بدون آثار مالية، في حلقة دراسية حول استكشاف وسائل وسبل تقييم تنفيذ المبادئ التوجيهية؛

13. requests the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights to continue to coordinate the human rights promotion and protection activities throughout the United Nations system, as set out in General Assembly resolution 48/141, including through a permanent dialogue with the United Nations agencies and programmes whose activities deal with human rights;
