34. Welcomes the initiatives by the International Maritime Organization, the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees and the International Organization for Migration to address the issue of the treatment of persons rescued at sea;
34 - ترحب بالمبادرات التي تتخذها المنظمة البحرية الدولية، ومفوضية الأمم المتحدة لشؤون اللاجئين، والمنظمة الدولية للهجرة، لمعالجة مسألة معاملة الأشخاص الذين يتم إنقاذهم في عرض البحر؛

(a) Welcomes the initiatives of the Commission towards expanding, through its secretariat, its technical assistance and cooperation programme, and in that respect encourages the Secretary-General to seek partnerships with State and non State actors to increase awareness about the work of the Commission and to facilitate the effective implementation of legal standards resulting from its work;
(أ) ترحب بالمبادرات التي تتخذها اللجنة للقيام، عن طريق أمانتها، بتوسيع برنامجها للمساعدة التقنية والتعاون، وتشجع الأمين العام، في هذا الصدد، على السعي لإقامة علاقات شراكة مع الدول والجهات الفاعلة من غير الدول لزيادة التوعية بعمل اللجنة وتسهيل التطبيق الفعال للمعايير القانونية الناتجة عن عملها؛

Welcomes the initiatives of Governments and non-governmental organizations to collaborate with the Special Rapporteur, and in this regard invites Governments to give consideration to the final document adopted at the International Consultative Conference on School Education in relation to Freedom of Religion and Belief, Tolerance and Non-discrimination, held in Madrid from 23 to 25 November 2001;
13 - ترحب بالمبادرات التي تتخذها الحكومات والمنظمات غير الحكومية للتعاون مع المقرر الخاص، وتدعو الحكومات، في هذا الصدد، إلى مراعاة أحكام الوثيقة الختامية المعتمدة في المؤتمر الاستشاري الدولي بشأن التعليم المدرسي المتصل بحرية الدين والمعتقد والتسامح وعدم التمييز، الذي انعقد في مدريد في الفترة من 23 إلى 25 تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر 2001؛
